She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Hancock and Verda Mae Hancock; her husband Johnny Stockman Sr.; her son Johnny Stockman Jr.; her grandparents, Frank and Nettie Sherman; her brother Kenneth Hancock; and her uncles, James "Bud" Sherman, Lavon Sherman, Rudolph "Dolph" Sherman and Gary Lionel Sherman.
She is survived by: her parents-in-law, Hassell and Imogene Stockman; her siblings-in-law, Betty Taylor, Jimmy Stockman, Carl Stockman and Ted Davis; her children, Lori Perek (Mike) and Matthew Scott Stockman; her grandson Jonathan Perek; her siblings, Virginia Langer (Chuck) and Charles Randall Hancock (Randy); her grandchildren, Suzanne, Leigh Anne, Sandi, Rob, Bobby and Rachel; and also John Micah Egbert. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives.
It was the wish of Betty to donate her body for medical research through Medcure in the fields of diabetes, coronary heart disease, peripheral artery disease, and any other area that may benefit those in need.
