He was predeceased by: his father O. D. Taylor. He is survived by: his brothers, A. D. Taylor, Augustus Taylor, James Taylor, Tommy Taylor and Robert Taylor; his wife Hazel Hamilton; and his children, Marcia "Shawn" Garnett (Carlos) of Grovetown, GA, Mickey S. Taylor of Augusta, GA., Billy J. Taylor of Augusta, GA. and Kareem Taylor of Augusta, GA.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 1 son-in-law, and 1 granddaughter-in-law.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Prospect Cemetery.
