He was predeceased by: his parents, Earle Woodrow Cook and Laverne Staten Cook; and his brother Jimmy Cook. He is survived by: his son Tim Cook Jr. (Brandy) of Ackerman, MS; his siblings, Mary (Moore) and Ronnie Cook (Vickie) of Fulton, MS; his grandchildren, Lindsay Newman (Isaac) and Jordan Cook (Mari); and his great grandchildren, Jonah Newman and Owen Newman.
