She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ellis Beaty and Jettie Cappleman Beaty; and her husband Joe Reid King. She is survived by: her children, Mary Shannon (Jimmy) of Shannon, Robert King of Muscle Shoals, AL, Roy King of Chattanooga, TN, Wayne King (Ann) of Mobile, AL, Randy King of Houston and Carl King (Debra) of Houston. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Parkway Baptist Church (200 5th Ave, Houston, MS 38851). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
