With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cleveland Junior Marlowe (Houston, Mississippi), born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, who passed away on January 21, 2020 at the age of 81. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Lee Marlowe and Florence Mae Booth Marlowe; his former wife Mollie Levodias Marlowe; his sisters, Patsy Prescott, Betty Bryant, Maxine Criswell and Mearl Bearden; and his son Tommy Marlowe.
He is survived by: his wife Liddie Guin Marlowe (Maggie) of Houston, MS; his daughters, Eileen Miller of Thorn, MS and Mollie Dunn (Melvin) of WaterValley, MS; and his siblings, Joe Marlowe of Gordo, Ala, J. L. Marlowe of Gordo, Ala and Hazel Trull of Kennedy, Ala. He is also survived by five grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren.
