She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Eugene McClain and Lou Ida Heair Brand; and her husband Donald Bishop "Don" Cook, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Donald "Donnie" Bishop Cook, Jr. (Jennifer) of Columbus, Tara Griffin (Billy) of Houston, Nicholas Cook of Houston and Michael Cook (Jamie) of Houston; her grandchildren, Gracey Erickson, Eli Erickson, MacClain Cook, Bishop Cook, Levi Erickson, Charlie Cook, Cale Cook, Evan Cook and Mia Cook; and her great grandchildren, Ava, Kyra and Layton Erickson.
