He is survived by: his children, Sherry Wiggs (Billy Fred) of Houlka, William "Weo" Owen (Bobbi) of Pontotoc, Jackie Owen (Sissy) of Shannon, Jesse Owen of Houlka, Renee Vance of Tupelo and Aaron Owen (Mary) of Tupelo; his siblings, Carolyn Funderburk (Charles) of Houston, Robert Owen (Martha) of Memphis, TN and Billy Owen (Linda) of Virginia Beach, VA; and his grandchildren, Lou Scott, Daniel Owen, David Owen, Lillie Belle Wiggs, Billy Wiggs, Jr., Kadie Griffin, Katelyn Vance, Clark Owen and Waylon Owen. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
