He is survived by: his siblings, Annie Gates (James) of Houlka, MS, Nettie Isabell (Jimmy) of Houlka, MS, Glenda Pulliam of Houlka, MS, Vickie Pulliam of Houlka, MS and David Pulliam (Mary); his siblings-in-law, Katherine Pulliam of Shannon, MS and Willie James Gunn of Houlka, MS.; his sons, Christopher Carter and Antonio Carter; and his aunts, Dorothy Griffen and Vernell Griffen of Tulsa, OK. He is also survived by nieces. nephews other relatives and friends.
