He was predeceased by: his former wife Elizabeth Yvonne Rye; and his parents, Edith Clytee and Harry Walton Rye. He is survived by: his children, Ann McCaa (Bobby) of Trumann, AR, Melissa Davis (Chuck) of Harrison, AR, Deborah Rye-Fuqua (Jerry) of Hoover, AL and Loyd Rye of Plano, TX.; his sisters, Vivian Ford and Kathy McGee; and his grandchildren, Mac McCaa, Katie Hiegert, Madilyn Martin, Lee Davis, Drew Davis, Ryan Davis, Aaron Rye, David Rye, Olivia Rye and Austin Rye-Crook.
