He was predeceased by: his parents, Delma Williams and Trudie Williams; and his siblings, Sam Williams and Carolyn Murphree. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Marler Williams; his children, Mike Williams (Ann) of Houlka, Chris Williams (Judy) of Houlka, Karla Skyles (Sidney) of Bruce and Kelly Ozbun (Dwayne) of Houlka; and his grandchildren, Adam, Austin, Cade, Noah, Noel, McKenzie and Erin. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
