The passing of Claudia Lucille Girdley Sisco of Houlka, Mississippi, born in Osceola, Arkansas leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on September 22, 2024 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Girdley and Gertrude Girdley; and her siblings, Brenda Girdley Mays and Joe Girdley. She is survived by: her great grandchild Dan; her husband Dan Sisco; her sons, Charlie Johnson (Shelly), Edwin Johnson (Pam) and Carey Johnson; her brothers, Boat Girdley (Laura) and Ernie Girdley (Polly); and her stepdaughters, Danette Sisco Goodroe and Stephanie Sisco Wilson (Joe). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Tutor Memorial Funeral Home (270 Coffee St, Pontotoc, MS 38863). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
