She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Onie Hancock and Onita Smith; and her husband Michael King. She is survived by: her siblings, Algia Smith and Tommy Hancock; her brother-in-law Wayne King (Sissy); her nieces and nephews, Michelle Lilly (Scott), Dana Brown (Derek), Corey King (Olivia) and Shane Presley (Brandi); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brook Lilly, Annie Brown, Ava Presley, Jayde King, Leah Grace Dendy, Richie Lilly and Matthew Dendy; her aunts, Ann Criddle, Ann Smith, Bonnie Hodges, Marie Pettit (Raymond) and Janie Harrison (Billy); and her uncle James Smith (Patsy).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Houlka First Baptist Church Building Fund "In memory of Barbara Hancock King".
