She was predeceased by: her mother Jacquelyn Young Rhodes; her stepfather Curtis "Pete" Rhodes; and her brothers, Curt and Scott Usry. She is survived by: her children, Paul Crabtree III, Michelle Crabtree Lucius, Lauryn Stewart, Sara Stewart and Analisa Matthews (Stewart); her father Curtis Usry; and her sister Patrice Usry Johnson. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held to honor Alisa's live and contributions to her family on Tuesday, October 29th at Faith Outreach Church in Okolona, MS.
