He is survived by: his wife Darlene Ellis Floyd; his children, Penny Roark (Travis) of Ft Mitchell, AL, Shannon Floyd Hatcher (Jason) of Lake Cormorant, MS and William Allen Floyd, Jr. (Emily) of Hernando, MS.; his grandchildren, Eric Woodward (Rebecca), Jayson Hatcher (JJ), Jacob Hatcher, Destiny Hatcher Skaggs (Andy), Bryanna Hedden (Kaine), Kendall, Luke and Brooks Floyd; and his siblings, Gay Floyd of Columbia, TN, Jimmy Floyd (Brenda) of Mt. Pleasant, TN, Phil Floyd (Penny) of Columbia, TN and Ricky Floyd of Murfreesboro, TN.. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
