He is survived by: his sons, Robert Allen Mullins of Horn Lake, MS and Ronald Arthur Mullins (Sherry) of Horn Lake, MS; his grandchildren, Robert Logan Mullins and Joseph William Mullins; and his spouse Suzanne Irene Mullins.
