He is survived by: his mother Norma Jean Creekmore of Olive Branch, MS; his brothers, Marcus Creekmore (Christy) of Southaven, MS and Paul Creekmore (Crystal) of Holly Springs, MS; his girlfriend Karen Hannah of Horn Lake; his children, Ayla Creekmore of Olive Branch, Breanna Creekmore of Independence, MS and Avery of Horn Lake; and his stepson Michael Bowman of Independence. He is also survived by his family and friends.
