He was predeceased by: his father Samuel A. McGan, II; his stepmother Rose McGan; and his sister Nancy Jane McGan Robbins. He is survived by: his wife Linda McGan; his sons, Samuel "Buck" McGan IV (Samantha) of Nesbit, MS and Ricky A. McGan (Candace) of Ward, AR.; his grandchildren, Maylee Adison McGan of Ward, AR, Brandon Griffin of Osceola, AR and Zach Griffin of Nesbit, MS; his siblings, Judy Taylor of Searcy, AR, Steve McGan (Pat) and Terry McGan (Pam) of Bartlett, TN; and his mother-in-law Marie Claye of Horn Lake, MS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Beauvoir—The Jefferson Davis Home and Presidential Library would be greatly appreciated.
