He was predeceased by: his parents, Melba Jean Henderson and James Monroe Harrell; his sister Martha Waterson; and his former wife Donna Harrell. He is survived by: his children, Marci Long (Chris) of Nesbit, MS and James Robert Weston Harrell (ReNissa) of Horn Lake; his grandchildren, Robertjames Harrell of Horn Lake, Jameson Harrell of Horn Lake and Mckenzie Cosner of Holly Springs, MS; his brothers, James Harrell (Kathy) of Kosciusko, MS and Billy Harrell of Walls, MS; and his pet Ena Harrell.
In lieu of traditional flowers, memorials may be made in his honor to the Tunica County Animal Shelter.
