He was predeceased by: his parents, Huey Long Sanders and Gladys Darnell Sanders; and his brother Stevie Sanders. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mae Sanders; his children, William Ralph Sanders Jr. (Amanda Sanders) of Nesbit, Jimmy Wayne Sanders (Tiffany Sanders) of Horn Lake and Lisa Marie Sanders (Brian) of Hernando, Mississippi; his siblings, Mike Sanders of Como, Donnie Sanders (Rachelle) of Nesbit, Debbie Bounds (Edward) of Horn Lake and Tammy Sanders of Horn Lake, Mississippi; his cousin Keith Sartin (Judy); and his grandchildren, Blake Kristofer Childers, Brooke Allison Sanders, Elizabeth Suzette Sanders, Luke Wayne Sanders, Allison Nicole Hutchison, David Lynn Sanders and Dylan O'Neal Hutchison.
