He is survived by: his wife Myra Meadors; his son Christopher Meadors (Christy); his grandchildren, Chelsea LaBrie, Courtney Meadors and Christian Meadors; and his siblings, Ronnie Meadors of Nashville, TN and Kathy Burnett (Alan) of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by five nieces and one nephew.
