He is survived by: his children, Melissa Barmer Henderson (Jamie Loggains) and James Cecil Barmer, Jr. (Terrie Wicker Barmer); and his grandchildren, Aryel Elkin, Arron Jackson, Daniel Jackson, Sara Barmer, Nicole Hill and Jared Barmer. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
