He was predeceased by: his father Charles Edward; and his brothers, James Michael Cunningham and Paul Reed Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Christiane Cunningham (Lechemia); his children, Suzanne McAninch (Bo), Leslie Lane (Danny), Amie Cunningham (Brendan), Carrie Rae Cunningham (Kynan), Nicole Monroe (Mike) and John Steiner (Lisa); and his sister Donna Steward. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
