He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Duke and Josie L. Duke; his wife Ada R. Duke; his children, Greg Duke and Paula Duke; and his grandson Greg Duke, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughter Lexa Duke; and his siblings, Robert Duke of Houlka, James A. Duke of Pontotoc, Terry Duke of Pontotoc, Josie Enis of Pontotoc and Mary Cloinger of Pontotoc. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
