She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles D. Franks and Iva Franks (Anthony); her husband Jerry Robert Bell; and her siblings, Johnny L. Franks, Anna Bass and Juanita Fulbright.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Christopher Bell and Tammie Michelle Bell; her grandchildren, Brooke Frederick Isbell, Tracey Frederick and Robert Trinity Bell; her great grandchild Jason Aiden Conner Isbell; and her brothers, Leroy Franks and Ellis Franks.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Powell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1272 AR-367, Bald Knob, AR 72010). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
