He is survived by: his former wife Bobbie Dortch of Chicago, IL; his sons, Shantel Dortch (Takesha) of Markham, IL, Steve Hampton (Catrina) of Holly Springs, MS and Suvino Mason (Chiquita) of St. John, IN; and his siblings, Walter L. Mason (Phyllis) of Lamar, MS, Ivory Mason of Holly Springs, MS, Tracy Mason of Memphis, TN, James Mason (Bridget) of Memphis, TN, Willie Gatewood of Holly Springs, MS and Brenda Mason of Memphis, TN. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, six great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
