He was predeceased by: his parents, Vuron E. Brandon and Alma Lloyd Brandon; his wife Letha Mildred Brandon; and his siblings, Leon Brandon, Rayford Brandon, Harvey Brandon, Maxine Holleman, Ethelen Meredith and Ann Brandon.
He is survived by: his children, Cheynne Brandon, Erick Brandon, Timothy Brandon, Virgil Brandon, John Brandon, Loretta Phillips, Connie Trotter and Allison Brandon; and his sisters, Carolyn Riley (Eddie), Betty Jean Young and Avis Marr. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
