She is survived by: her brother Ninja Warriors; her husband Richard Wayne Hooker of Holly Springs, MS; her children, Sendy Ingram D'Amato (Donald) of Byhalia, MS and Michael Hooker (Sara) of Memphis, TN; and her siblings, Pamela Tingle (Dale) of Spencer, IN, Beverly Weddle (Mike) of Independence, MO, Jacqueline Schabel of Indianapolis, IN, Rhonda Brown (Loren) of Eminence, IN and Timothy Randall of Cloverdale, IN. She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
