He was predeceased by: his parents, John Spangenberger and Beatrice Spangenberger; his brother Joe Spangenberger; and his siblings-in-law, Mark Hopkins and Alice Hopkins.
He is survived by: his wife Ramona Spangenberger; his children, Nancy Stanford (Ray) of Tupelo, MS, Lisa Marie Miller of Memphis, TN, Gary Frisbie (Birdie) of Rolla and Jerry Frisbie of Camas, WA; his brother John Spangenberger, Jr. of Cordova, TN; his brother-in-law George Hopkins of Byhalia, MS; his sisters, Linda Reed of Horn Lake, MS and Mary Hurlock of Horn Lake, MS; his grandchildren, Joe Swift (Tiffany), Miranda Swift, Amber Fain (Richard), Caitlin Frisbie, Victoria Frisbie, Michayala Tamka (Nick), Zac Frisbie, Monic Miller and Calvin Miller; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Swift, Hayden Fain, Kendall Fain, Alexis Frisbie and Erin Frisbie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
