We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2023, at the age of 89, Ada Hendrix of Holly Springs, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Riley Brooks and Audrey Houston Brooks; her husband Herman Robert Hendrix; her son-in-law Marshall Bailey; and her siblings, Virgil Brooks, Alvie Brooks, Louise Brooks Riley, Calvin Brooks and Dean Brooks.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Hendrix (Sharon) of Oxford, Robert Hendrix of Bowling Green, Cheryl Bailey of Smithville and Dale Hendrix (Lisa) of Germantown, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Grant Hendrix, Aaron Bailey, Brent Hendrix (Ashley Hoogendam), Brandon Hendrix (Alyssa), Emily Hendrix, John Bailey, Sam Hendrix, Peyton Hendrix Chinn (Julian) and Averi Hendrix; her great grandchild Holland Rose Hendrix; her siblings, Neal Brooks, Veda Brooks Heldenbrand and Bill Brooks; and her sisters-in-law, Nell Hendrix Barber and Jackie Brooks. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
