She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Barton Hyer; and her son James Barton Hyer. She is survived by: her children, Fred Hyer (Ronnie), Jerry Hyer, Sr. (Kay) and Charlotte Huntley. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
