He was predeceased by: his mother Kaye Kent Keith Stevens; his son Jeremy Andrew Keith; and his brother Edwin Kevin Keith. He is survived by: his father Eddie Larry Keith of Gainesville, GA; his children, Abby Kaye Simon (Jacob) and Cameron William Keith; his siblings, Pennye K. Wade of Oxford, MS, Tammy K. Clark of Delta City, MS, Kristi K. Perkins of Jackson, MS, Leni K. Merritt of Clearmont, GA and Niki Keith Bird of Gainesville, GA; his grandchildren, Carter, Olivia Kate, Maci Grace and Madilyn Claire; and his nieces and nephews, Nicholas Wade, Dylan Wade, Colby Clark, Christopher Dishman, Jacob Keith, Kevin Keith, Brayden Keith Bird, Taylor Merritt, Madyson Clark, Adelece Clark, Kelsi Keith, Hali Ragle and Maggie Marrit.
