He is survived by: his children, Jackie Cunningham, Heather Christian, Joshua Cunningham and Jeremy Christian; his siblings, Heidi Leach, Shaun Cunningham (Stacey) and Keith Cunningham (Jawanda); his grandchildren, Cameron Frazier, Jack Swofford, Tristan Irion Breylon Christian and Garrett Christian; and his nieces, Ashley Cunningham and Nikki Ray.
