He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Bell Rosser, Jr. and Mary Ann Scott Rosser; his brothers, Hammer Scott Rosser and John Stevens Rosser; and the mother of his children Virginia Moore Rosser (Ginger).
He is survived by: his wife Linda Switzer Rosser; his daughters, Mary Scott Rosser Shepherd (Tommy) of Jackson, Sara Jane Rosser Parker (Gene) of Vicksburg and Virginia Rosser (Ginny); his grandchildren, Banks Shepherd (Jena), Martin Shepherd (Randle) and Luke Abraham; his great grandchildren, Polly and Bob Shepherd; and his niece Elizabeth Scott Rosser Thomas (Randy).
