He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ratliff; his children, Cindy Buckley (Bob) of Memphis, Shannon Kelley (John) of Harvard, MA, Felicia Staten (Greg) of Holcomb, Bob Ratliff of Holcomb and Dan Ratliff (Laura) of Olive Branch; his sisters, Frances Tedford of Grenada, Robbie Ratliff of Oxford, Carolyn Cunningham of Jackson and Kathy Harbin of Scobey; and his grandchildren, Ethan Ratliff, Jack Kelley, Davis Buckley, Spencer Buckley, Kathryn Ratliff, Elizabeth Ratliff, Kaitlyn Ratliff, Justin Ratliff, Claire Kelley, Samantha Ratliff, Maddox Ratliff and Rye Staten. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
