He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Ray McNeer and Charlean Gardner McNeer; and his brother Bobby Dwayne McNeer. He is survived by: his wife Laticia Anne Early McNeer of Holcomb, MS; his children, Stephen McNeer of Portland, OR, Nicholos McNeer of Grenada, MS, Jacob McNeer of Grenada, MS, Chase McNeer of Holcomb, MS and Aaliyah McNeer of Holcomb, MS; his sister Teresa Rigby of Holcomb, MS; and his granddaughters, Olivia McNeer and Melanie West-McNeer.
