He is survived by: his wife Jordan Lyons Howard of Holcomb, MS; his daughter Lila Kathleen Howard of Holcomb, MS; his mother Ina Rea Howard of Greenwood, MS; his brothers, Rusty Crutcher and Billy Crutcher; his nieces, Paris Howard and Cierra Howard; his nephew Russell Crutcher; and also, Walter Lyons and Kathy Lyons.
