He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Riley and Maudie Mae Lowery Riley; his daughter Annette Riley; and his siblings, Bessie Campbell, Judy Freeman, LD Riley and Roy Riley.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Riley of Holcomb; his son Bo Riley (Babs) of Holcomb; and his siblings, Ronnie Riley of Canton, Debbie Sellers (David) of Holly Bluff and Kathy Woods of Yazoo City. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
