He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Crump and Louise Timmons Perry; and his nephews, Jody and Bobby Perry. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Perry; his children, Stephanie Smith (Eric) of Booneville, Iva Jane Modisette (Mark) of Holcomb and Jimbo Perry (Chellsee) of Holcomb; his brother Charles "Sonny" Perry, Jr. (Judee) of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Monroe Perry (Madilyn), James Allen "Chunky" Boatman, Alivia Moore, Laney Jane Modisette, Mark Lane "Boogie" Modisette, Jr., Esme Smith and Ella Rose Perry; his great grandchild Liam Monroe Perry; his niece Robin Hood; and his nephew Chuck Perry.
