He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hemphill and Pauline Grantham Parker; and his brother Samuel David Parker. He is survived by: his wife Jean Hill Parker; his son Chuck Parker (Miranda) of Holcomb; his stepdaughter Amy Vance (Kenneth) of Olive Branch; his daughter Kristy Hardin-Peῆa of Holcomb; his sister Hommie Holly of Madison; and his grandchildren, Kalee, Allie, Summer, Katelyn, Presley, Journee and Evan. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
