With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Stewart Neese of Holcomb, Mississippi, born in Philadelphia, Mississippi, who passed away on February 8, 2022 at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edney Neese and Evie Hogue Neese; and his siblings, Hazel Sproles, Pearl Alexander, Charles Neese, Marvin Neese and Eddie Neese.
He is survived by: his wife Dovie Ferguson Neese; his children, Jean Neese Smithhart (Will) of Brandon, Steve Neese (Sandy) of Holcomb, Mike Neese (Angel) of Carrollton and Patrick Neese (Linda) of Greenville; and his grandchildren, Chris Neese, Tracy Hunt, Randi Smelcer, Brian Neese, Elizabeth Hust, Jennifer Taylor, Bennett Smithhart, Josh Neese, Thomas Sewell and Michael Sewell. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
