She was predeceased by: her parents, Rowe Evans and Annie Eliza Evans; her husband Oscar William Welch; her children, Lula Young, Nettie Minyard, Bud Welch and Charles Edward Welch; and her granddaughter Tina Minyard Robertson.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret Ward of Holcomb, Bob Welch (Mary) of Leflore and Randy Welch (Linda) of Holcomb. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
