He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard "Buck" Lavert and Mary Opal Fountain Henley, Sr.; his siblings, Samantha Henley Warnin and Douglas "Ricky" Henley; his niece Linda Faye Hitt; and his nephew Millard "Bud" Henley.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Rae Ball Henley of Hickory; his daughter Ashley Cieglo (Joseph) of Lake; his grandchildren, Oliver and Adeline Cieglo; his brother Millard "M. L." Henley, Jr. (Judy) of Decatur; his nieces, Michelle Brewer of Hattiesburg and Jennifer Green; his children, Linda, Bud, Michelle and Faye Henley of Hickory; and his friend Judy Gibbon of Newton.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Newton County Memorial Gardens (9998 Hwy 15 N, Philadelphia, MS 39350).
