He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward D. Talbert and Lillian L. Talbert (Rita Irene Talbert); and his son Robert Anthony Talbert. He is survived by: his son Thomas S. Smith (Michelle); and his siblings, Dan Talbert (Sue) and Helen Barnett (Thomas). He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 6 Great- Grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
