She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny Wilbur Walker; her daughter Pam Boyette (Billy Joe); her parents, Howell Motley and Lucy Mae Graham Motley; and her siblings, George Motley, Graham Motley, Chaney Motley, William Motley, Maude Vance, Joy Landrum, Carlene Chaney and Lona Skinner.
She is survived by: her sons, Don Walker (Debra Jo) of Chunky, Johnny Howard Walker (Debbie) of Hickory and Tommy Walker (Joan) of Hickory. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild, and a host of nieces and nephews.
