He was predeceased by: his parents, Leldon Eugene Howell and Emily Yvonne Dunn; and his brothers, Billy Howell (Robin), Ricky Howell (Nettie), Michael Howell and Jerry Lee Howell (Cindy).
He is survived by: his son Joshua Alan Holbrook of Holly Springs, MS; his stepdaughter Tish Thompson (Brad) of Gordonsville, TN; his siblings, Larry Howell (Debbie) of Memphis, TN, Terry Howell of Denver, CO, Barbara Lawrence (Willie) of Hernando, MS and Brenda Hunter (Walter) of Rossville, TN; and his grandchildren, Hunter Alan Holbrook, Madeline Culver, Sara Culver and Collin Culver.
