He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewitt Talmage and Cullie Mae Smith; his stepmother Victoria Ruth Pugh; and his siblings, James Wallace (Martha), Max Roland (Velma), Evelyn Baker and Hazel Smith.
He is survived by: his spouse Ninner Williams; his children, Anita Carol Victory (David) and Alan Randall Pugh; his grandchildren, Amanda Catherine Victory, Hannah Elizabeth Pugh, Victoria Christine Pugh, Xander Grey Pugh and Jason Temple Pugh; his great grandchildren, Timothy Keith Renfroe and Levi Dean Jones; and his sisters, Lottie L. Baker and Edna Bailey Barclay. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
The family ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church of Olive Branch.
