He was predeceased by: his parents, E. T. "Curly" and Fairy Baldwin Mangrum; and his brothers, Tivvis T. Mangrum, Clyde Thomas Mangrum and Earnest Travis Mangrum.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Mangrum of Hernando; his children, Vickie Mangrum of Hernando, Tommy Mangrum (Kelly) of Hernando and Paten Mangrum of Hernando; his siblings, Peggy Mangrum Starkey of Hernando, Geraldine Mangrum of Sarah, Mary Mangrum Grayson of Hernando, Gladys Mangrum Mason of Hernando, Donald Troy Mangrum and Russell Todd Mangrum; and his grandchildren, Gabrielle Scott, Sophie Yeager, Adam Yeager, Eli Thomas, Wade Mangrum and Jake Mangrum. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
