He is survived by: his wife Nancy Yelsik of Hernando; his niece Mary Phelps (Steve) of Hernando; his nephew Jerry A. White II (Leighanne) of Lakeland, TN; his sister-in-law Frances White of Hernando; and his nieces and nephews, Francey Phelps, McKenzie White, William Phelps and Austin White.
