He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Kicker and Louise Kicker; and his brother James "Jimmy" Kicker. He is survived by: his wife Terri B. Kicker; his sons, Brian (Melinda) and Russ (Kelly); his grandchildren, Noah, Reed, Kyle and Brooke; and his sister-in-law Pamela Isbell. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, extended family and many friends.
