He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Smitherman; his daughters, Angie Birmingham (Gene), Bobbi Johnston (Clif) and Dawn Rakestraw (Corey); his grandchildren, Michael, Scooter, Breanna, Kelsey, Jerry, Konstance, Kori Leigh, Tres, Coleton, Braylee, Kathryn, Paislee, Oakley, Amelia and Brentley; and his siblings, Howard, Jackie and Pat.
